Kannabu strives to ensure all products are fresh during harvest on a consistent bases and quality control is maintained and kept. However due to the volume of the size, products will come as unsorted, and due to the nature of the product, may produce popcorn shake during handling and transit, contain couple seeds per pound. If the aforementioned conditions do not fit your criteria, please head over to our flower section as our lower volumes may better suite your needs.

By proceeding with the purchase of the product described above, the buyer acknowledges and accepts the product in its current “as-is” condition. The buyer hereby waives and releases Kannabu, their agents, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or in any way connected to ownership, possession, or condition of the product.

By completing this purchase, the buyer acknowledges the following:

The buyer:

• Understands that the product is sold “as-is” without any warranties, guarantees and/or refunds and the seller expressly disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability.
• Assumes all risks associated with the use and ownership of the product, including but not limited to any seeds, shake, mold, or issues that may arise.
• Agrees that the seller shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or any other losses, expenses, or liabilities arising from the purchase, use, or ownership of the product.
• Releases the seller from any liability for any damages, or losses incurred by the buyer or any third party as a result of the purchase, possession, or ownership of the product.
